Storm stay
The courtesy shuttle driver from the airport was good. Check-in was friendly and fairly quick but our room was across the hall from an ice machine so it was noisy when anyone got ice. There was a fair amount of road noise in our room also. The room was clean and and nice sized. (it was a handicapped access room) The bathroom was large and clean however the toiled fill line had water puddled up under the shutoff valve and the vertical grab bar was pulled out of the wall on the bottom allowing it to swing. If it was to be used it could be dangerous.

Dirty
Dirty rooms, no breakfast, my kids would not even shower without shoes on. The towels were stained and we found garbage from past guests under our bed. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Beds sag in middle bad. The bed frame metal parts where sticking out hit my ankle hard on the one piece. Hotel had weird smell not very inviting I won’t stay there again!

Hotel staff were very nice and friendly, however, room was in tough shape. Stained mattress, lots of dings in the walls, stained and leaking shower, hair on bed.

Room was not fully cleaned. There was someone else hair inthe bath tub and around the sink. Also door did not want to open everytime we left it would unlock but the door knob wouldn't turn all the latches so we could get inside the room it took 5+ times to get in the room each time.

Needle lids and dirty room
Nasty. We found a needle lid ,some glasses,a weird pokie thing hanging behind the door, soap was used trashes had stuff in them sadly it was so late we went right to sleep and didnt see these things till we woke up feels dirty, the front desk girl seemed just as disturbed and ready to help, david came in and comped the room however he never really looked disturbed, thats troubling.

Wasn’t bad! Great for the price of it! Wasn’t the cleanest smelling between cigarettes and weed but other than that some of the handles on stuff were broken but hey! Not terrible overall for the location

The staff was unpleasant and their were cigarette holes in our sheets. The place smelled like marijuana even though there was no smoking signs on every door. There were a couple of rooms that were extremely loud as well.
