4/10 Fair

A last resort place to stay
The shower curtain was falling down. Holes in the walls. The electric outlets did not work. The towels were like they had been on a close line stiff and hard. 10 thread count!! The pillow cases were mismatched.

2/10 Poor

Stayed out of necessity. Don’t recommend.
We stayed here out of total necessity. While visiting Omaha, all hotels in the area were sold out and this was the only one we could get. This hotel was disgusting and a bit scary. We were scared to touch anything. We checked for bed bugs and didn’t find any, which was the only saving grace. Our towels had hairs on them, and we found roaches crawling on the walls. Our “non smoking” room smelled like cigarette smoke, as did the lobby. Different color substances splattered on the walls, carpet, etc. The room served it’s purpose, but We got out as quickly as possible. The staff that checked us in and out were nice.

2/10 Poor

Very poor and nasty hotel.
Wasn't a good stay we left and mived to another hotel. The ac wasn't working,no smoke detecter, black mold on the floor, Marijuana smell in whole building and had to call the police. There was two other families asking for refund to because of the shape the rooms were in too. Bed pee shots ,bathroom light sparks when turning it on. Customer service not good at all.

Advertised to include breakfast for 5 (two rooms). No breakfast and no coffee. Beds were either sloppily made or sat on before we got there

2/10 Poor

Don’t stay! Drive over bridge into Iowa!
Not a clean place at all. After we checked in and went to the room the key cards were not working and our door was open (reason why key card didn’t work). Hit the light switch and nothing. We turn around and go to the desk. He came to the room with us. The keys worked then because we shut the door when we left the room. Found out you have to manually turn the lights on the switch is for decoration. Then started checking the room. It was filthy! That may be an understatement. Stains all over the floor and the comforter was different colors in spots so you didn’t know if it was stains or what. Then looked at bed skirt and there was something white on it that also went to the floor. It had fur. Called the desk and he came back. He told me it was paint. I said paint doesn’t have fur. At which point we said we would not put our heads or our children's heads in the beds and we would not be staying. He did offer us a refund.

4/10 Fair

Not a family friendly stay.
The hotel was a total mess. No garbage cans anywhere, no working ice machine, no coffee, first room they gave us was filthy with dirty towels and food in the fridge. No breakfast options whatsoever. More than disappointing.

Would not recommend
The building itself and rooms were in disrepair. My room smelled musty and dank. It had an old recliner in it, the upholstery was torn and stuffing coming out. The bedspread was stained (gross), the bathtub faucet ran all night. There was only the main lock on the door, there had been a chain at one time, but it was gone. It did not feel very safe. There are no elevators, which I didn't mind but for someone not able to climb stairs you're out of luck as all rooms appeared to need stair climbing to access. To his credit, the manager did give me a different room when I requested. My first room was on the 1st floor which was garden level and it felt VERY unsafe. He moved me to the 3rd floor, which I appreciated. Would not stay again. Only stayed this time because available rooms were very hard to find due to the College World Series going on at the time.
