Adequate. Room was clean and a fair size. No elevator here so 3rd floor was a hike with…
There was a lamp bulb that did not work, even with the switch on.

For the money, super 8 is definitely on the better value side. The bed was super comfy and the room really had everything I needed. It was quiet enough to get good rest too. It stunk when I got there, so I cleaned the room again to my own standards before I brought my stuff in which helped. But the smells of other guests smoking and the hallway made for a rough go.
It’s a 3 story building and there is no elevator. The people offered to help with my luggage even though they were very busy
Stay was fine. Price was great. Staff was great.
When we stay over in Jackson we have always had a good experience staying at the Super 8 Hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quick and simple and there is always plenty of parking on site.
Not super clean. Found some hairs and stains on the comforter. Service was good. Everyone was nice
Water was not hot in shower...just lukewarm in freezing weather. That sucked.
Booked this for an inexpensive room for a solo trip to the area to photograph wildlife in November. The room was almost everything it needed to be, but not much more. Biggest problem was the heater didn't allow you to control the fan speed so it came on full blast about every 5 minutes through the night. Also the air was so dry that I was bringing cameras in from 20ish degree air and the lenses never fogged. No humidity in the air whatsoever, which is rough on the sinuses after a week. I'd definitely bring a humidifier if I stayed there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience, but don't expect too much.
Comfortable beds and great rooms. The little breakfast and coffee provided in the morning was fantastic. Great service at the front desk. Only complaint is rooms could have been a touch cleaner. Upon our final inspection of checking the room as we were checking out, I always look under the bed to see if I’ve left anything. There was old French fries, old fruit, etc under the bed. Pretty gross. I understand this is something you immediately notice but it’s all about the details right. I was in room 101, I’m sure the food is still under the bed lol. Overall very nice. Would stay again.
The hotel was fine but there’s no elevator. I hate carrying our stuff up and down the stairs. The parking was so so. I don’t think they should have charged as much as they did for an older hotel. But it was clean and comfortable enough
