disappointing stay
The room was poorly cleaned. Stains over much of the furniture. A big hole in one of the holes. The phone in the room didn’t work. Have stayed at this hotel in past. This room was way worse than our previous room. Hotel staff very friendly & nice

ROOM 106, REEKED OF PET ODOR. RECEPTIONIST CHANGED ME OUT PROMPTLY, BUT ROOM 131 WAS JUST AS BAD . $200 ROOM BADLY SPENT...NEVER AGAIN!

Everything was good, obviously slow with everything going on. Our only complaint was the pictures for the one bedroom suite shows a fireplace and only the two bedroom suites have them. No breakfast offered but again really cannot have a buffet right now.

Stayed here for our family Spring Break weekend getaway. Great location near MoA - super easy drive, even walkable in nice weather. I paid a bit extra for a two bedroom suite, which was well worth the money! I didn't expect the 2nd bathroom, a gas fireplace in the common living area, and full kitchen! Check-in was brisk and efficient, but lacked warmth. Basic info that is expected at check-in was not provided: shuttle schedule, check-out time, etc. The staff overall was fine, just seemed not to be trained very well or super-focused on customer service. As an example, during one night of our stay, guests were basically kicked out of the pool area promptly at 10:00 pm, which is fine as the pool closed then, but the attendant who gave the order came across as rude and unaccommodating. It would have been nice to have an additional hour or so for adult-only hours after 10:00 so parents could relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub without loud kids to contend with, especially since the fitness center is open 24 hours a day! The hotel is in good overall condition, but could use some TLC in a few key areas. The fireplace in our room did not function properly until maintenance came and reset the pilot light. The fixtures and furniture in our room were somewhat dated (which is not an issue to me, just something I notice), but the sliding doors on the closets did not glide well, which was very annoying. Overall a good value: large room, good breakfast, and pool w/ spa sold this room!
