RELAXING WEEKEND
They did a great job making us feel safe. The staff all wore masks, hotel was clean, pool was reserved for just your party and the breakfast was in a brown bag to go. Nancy at the front desk was super sweet and always greeted me with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. She is what custom service is all about!!!

The floors and walls were filthy and the walls had holes it wasn’t clean and for $100 a night I was highly dissapointed

The lamp was broken. Trash wasn’t taken out. No extra trash bags. The mattress was ripped and there was blood all over the curtains!! Not worth $400 for three days !! Every time I called front desk no one answered. Went down and no one was there.

Was moved to a different suite because the one I checked into didn’t have a stove. Room 337 was full of bed bugs. Got bitten all on my arms and legs. Will never stay there again.

The hotel was pretty nice--quiet, reasonably clean, lots of amenities in the room. The only negative was that we had to ask for our bag breakfast and the desk person seemed annoyed to get it for us. It was a bottle of water, a muffin and a Nutri grain bar. Could have at least had an apple or orange juice in it! Not a very exciting breakfast to say the least and not exactly served with a smile!!

Bait and Switch
Advertises having a pool, hot tub, breakfast , but none are being offered. I always stay at Marriot hotels, but this one was unkempt. The mattress felt 20 years old with a sag in the center. This is a very outdated hotel and bait and switch on advertising.
