We had a great time. Only issue was housekeeping kept taking all our towels and not replacing them With clean towels.

Service was not good
Checking in was slow, the tiki bartenders and restaurant staff obviously don't like their jobs. Watch your receipt, they auto add tips to the bar items (we never received meal breakdown receipt so not sure there). They made the bed only one day of stay. Had to ask for towels and more toilet paper. Didn't always take garbage. Have to rent cabanas that are on hotel property next to pool so never used them. We were lucky on our room location which made up for the service.

Lack luster hotel in decent location
In a decent non-walkable location. Pictures make it appear much nicer than it actually is. Cost is higher than what you get. Staff were not very pleasant and difficult to work with.

They tout view of the oceans, but you get views of the garbage dumpsters in front of you with side views of the ocean, nice location, rooms are ok, stay again not sure.

Great location and perfect for our family. The hotel had everything we needed, pool, beach, restaurant and tiki bar. Mask wearing was required which was good. We had dinner a few blocks from hotel at Nick’s which was good Italian food and reasonably priced for a family.

Relaxing place to stay
Pleasantly surprised this place is a hidden gem, very nice! Will definitely be my place to stay when visiting Fort Lauderdale. Everything was awesome. My only semi negative comment, some of the staff I could not understand, just frustrating, didn’t ruin my trip though, will definitely stay again.

This hotel is one mile from Main Street full of restaurants and shops. All rooms have a little patio, it seems.
