Only positive is location
This hotel can be considered average at best. Location is the only thing keeping it in business; the rooms need an update, the hallway carpets are old and dingy, and the breakfast buffet consists of food from previous days, rarely updated in our 3 day stay. The keys provided are from another era- very large door-knocker type keys that have to be placed at the front desk upon leaving for the hotel for the day (unless you want to carry the 5 pound key around with you all day). Seems understaffed, and the staff that was there was not very accommodating upon basic requests.

I found staff little rude. When asked a question, staff had attitude. I had lost my bag in train. When i called the receptionist if they knew the train station number, one staff told me “I don’t work for train station”. It really a rude way of answering. Second thing was questions regarding their mini bar which had weird rule. When asked second time, the staff told me, “what did I tell u yesterday”. I did not pay so much money to have altitude from their staff. There couple other time also, the staff would chit chat inside had me wait for minutes. When i saw peeked inside they were chit chat and they knew the guest is waiting. Second time I had to interrupt their chat bcoz i was getting late to catch my train. Overall, their staff needs to be trained on hospitality.

CARE Not 5 Star......3 Star at best.
This hotel is very run down and the rooms require immediate refurbishment. Would rate as 2 out of 10. Old furniture, bathroom very old. Dangerous shower. No air conditioning. Carpets badly worn. We had first class suite which was in very poor condition. I just hope someone reads this and does something about the condition of the hotel. It is dishonest to rate and sell yourself as a 5 Star hotel and provide something which is inferior. This hotel is not recommended to others.
