This hotel is crying out for a renovation. It's old, the rooms smell really bad, the mattresses are terrible etc. I wouldn't stay here again until it is revamped...

The hotel is 5 star but very dated. The amenities didn't exist, tres is covid-19 but no mini bar or room service should have been communicated at rooms of reservation. Wotif should have communicated it. We were charged full room rates for 2 star room and service.

Great stay in the Executive Suite
We stayed in the Executive Suite. The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The room is really big and very nice and very clean. We also liked a lot the shampoo, conditioner and body wash set. Staff were extremely friendly. The gym room also has most of the things you need. But the only thing is the breakfast at the Executive Lounge is pretty basic, and you need to pay AUD20 for the breakfast on the ground floor. Still the food is nice and the Executive Lounge has a really nice view.
