This location is perfect for seeing Santa Fe! Can not be beat. The hotel is clean and very much like a europeon pension.

Service was excellent and location could not be beat. This is an updated motel - the vibe was awesome and it doesn’t pretend to be what it is not!

On second thought...
The hotel wasn't as shown in the photos online. It wasn't bright and cheery but rather a bit run down and dreary. I ended up falling on their uneven floors. You can even feel the floor boards and flexible spaces next to them when you walk. There were dips in the flooring in my room. I bashed my nose in, bruised my forearm and knee pretty badly while attempting to use the restroom one evening. In addition, the noise is unbelievable. I'm not sure if this hotel attracts a certain type of client but my colleague had a drunk person falling down the stairs outside of her room. This was after she listened to he and his companion argue (they were in the room above hers). Neither of us got much sleep as it was incredibly noisy. The last night there, I listened to the guy above me's television for the entire night, along with his hefty footsteps on my ceiling. I also had the (dis)pleasure of seeing some dude in his underwear as he stood in the door talking to his friend as I walked by. There is not a working elevator, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time because I would not have stayed there, as I'm not able to navigate them without pain. The service was very good. My room was very clean, even after clean up of blood from my fall. The front desk staff are professional & courteous & offered me a few carrots given I had fallen in their rooms. They do plan on replacing the floors in the near future and are aware there are issues with them.

Hotel Del Sol, San Francisco, CA.
My husband and I stayed for one night over the Thanksgiving holiday. Staff was pleasant and check in was easy. The hotel communicated via text before our arrival. The room was clean and quiet. Parking is provided on site which is great. Location is good in Cow Hollow. My only negative comment is that the hotel added a daily facilities fee which I was not aware of, thereby increasing the nightly charge. I thought the price was "all-inclusive" and it was not. Not too happy about that.
