Cosy hotel
It was clean and tidy, short staffed so they didnt come to clean or service the room, the first room i disliked as we were looking at a wall but they kindly gave us one with a bit of a look out across the streets

Good location
I was a little disappointed with our stay this time. Usually we have had great service. I understand covid has put lots of pressure on this hotel but the restaurant and bar were closed. One lift was broken and there was no cleaning done due to staff shortages. There were dirty plates left in our hallway for over a day which was a bit of a shame. Parking barrier arm was broken so had to buzz reception every time you used the car park. Staff shortages definitely let them down
