In the Heart Of Queenstown
If you want a Hotel with fully self contained units then these a perfect. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. Our unit had a lovely lake view. Only minutes walk to central Queenstown. Great breakfast with an excellent variety of both continental and cooked. Only slight downfall car parking was a little hit and miss at certain times of the day.

A nice summer getaway
My son and i had a very good stay. Our suite was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff was friendly and so was the front office. I liked the free parking and breakfast. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Ok these rooms are really dated and quite dark for the cost of them The reception staff when I arrived was rude Told me she would not give me any information about hotel only by email I said to her my laptop was playing up and couldn’t get onto my emails and she made up some random excuse because of COVID they only email information about the hotel !!! Come on hotel staff ??? Such a lame excuse refusing to help me We didn’t even go have the breakfast because I was so annoyed

Handy location to central Queenstown. Cleanliness was an issue. I had to buy some Janola wipes to clean all the high touch areas as it was obvious these were not cleaned. In the current Covid environment this was a fail. The carpet also had bits of 'stuff' on it - bits of food and rubbish under table, by bed etc.
