Very nice hotel, safe and clean. Large rooms, nice swimming pool and common areas. There is a Sanborns across the street (great restaurant and good store and pharmacy).

The staff was very professional. They memorized our last name almost immediately. The room service was delicious and reasonably priced. The cleanliness was evident from the moment we first walked in. Hotel Lucerna is a hidden gem!

The restaurant took my phone order then 5 mins later some man calls asking if i had placed an order and if so what was my order then 30 mins the waiter brings the free breakfast wich alwasys consist of the same food combo NOT WHAT I ORDERED PLUS HE CHARGES ME 400 PESOS so i call the restuarant and ask to speak to management was told no mgnt was available!! I then askes for the hotel director or C.E.O Or sone one in charge was told no one !!!

With Gold exclusive vip there is no room upgrade, early check in or late check out. Rooms facing street are extremely noisy, there’s a hospital across the street, sirens blaring at all times of day. Asked for a room on other side, they said since I booked through app that’s the best they could do for me. Guess if you book directly through hotel you get better service. Hotel has been updated but plumbing is outdated. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Drinks and food extremely overpriced for the poor quality.
