Great location
Central location. Well presented room with good facilities and air con which helped on hot days. Rooms quiet, couldn’t hear other guests. Reception really helpful. Helped with trips and restaurant choices. Free tea and coffee in afternoons and evenings was a nice touch.

Air conditioning did not work on a 29 degree day. When I asked the front desk for help he told me to open a window and could care less. Opening a window would let in mosquitos throughout the night. To top it off I was charged for a tea without being told there was a charge. You figure they would at least try to be accommodating considering we had no air conditioning but nope.

Advertised Air Conditioning but would not turn it on. Was so loud outside with windows open it wasn’t possible to sleep.
