Hotel was overbooked, had no clean rooms on arrival. No one available at front desk, other people waiting in line informed me of the reason. The person at the front desk was trying to get some rooms cleaned for quests which I appreciated but, he shouldn’t have had to do that. It would have been easier on everyone to update the app and availability.
Nice staff. Television needs to be replaced as does the remote. We stayed here before and have not had to pay for parking. Crazy to have to pay for parking at a Days Inn.
Most hotels in this area allow free parking for a day or two, not this hotel. Very disappointing, as with the price of parking I could have stayed at a different hotel with nicer rooms and better amenities for about the same cost. The rooms are outdated here, and I had some initial trouble with opening the door to the room. They don't tell you the door handles only work if you pull them up. They don't work if you twist it down. Kind of weird. Check in agent wasn't very friendly. I won't be staying here again.
Very disappointed. I was told there was a $12 parking fee - but thankfully it was waived because I booked with a 3rd party. The hotel was dirty. The room didn’t look clean - there was left over items in the fridge from previous people in the room. Only 2 towels in the bathroom and the pillows are terrible. I booked this hotel to be close to the airport for an 8am flight - free breakfast is cool but not worth a damn when it doesn’t start until 7am! Absolutely worst experience ever. The girl who got me checked out was absolutely RUDE. Will never stay at this hotel again.
EXTREMELY disappointed that upon arrival we were informed that there was a $12 parking fee though we booked a nite in hotel! Other customers checking in at same time also taken back if not angered that no representative informed them before booking!
They left one person to do all the work at night. She was almost having an anxiety attack because she was so overwhelmed therefore she was being rude to a lot of the people waiting in the front. I typically never leave reviews but honestly it was probably the worst experience I’ve had.
We had just landed at DIA at about 8pm in snow. There was a couple of inches of snow on the ground and was still snowing, so we booked a room. When we arrived at the hotel, sidewalks and entrance had not been shoveled at all. Upon checking in was told there was a $12.00 fee to park, which they did end up waving the fee, and the room had trash under the bed.
It was a very pleasant stay close and convenient to the Denver airport. Staff was very friendly. Stayed during the time where it was cold and when I walked into the room it was cold and it took a while to warm up. Continental breakfast is not provided but they do offer a to go breakfast which consisted of an orange a muffin a granola bar and a small juice. Only downside is that the coffee was empty in the lobby and it wasn’t busy, especially if you are a coffee person.
Check in was good, except when I booked, I did not realize that parking was $12. Got to the room, spacious, but mattress for couch had crumbs on it and no bedding in room. Went down to get blankets, heard diffeeent person working counter tell person checking in that they did not have to pay for parking. Did not get sheet for mattress on couch, just blanket and pullow. Went to bed, phone rang at 4 am, husband picked up phone and hung it up. Phone rang again at 4:30, husband answered this time. It was front desk sayi g this was our wake up call. We had not requested a wake up call at any time, and certainly not at 4 and 4:30 in the morning.
The front desk staff were AWESOME. The property in general was very nice. The rooms however are becoming very dated. From the seperation from the bathroom to the vanity to the light fixtures. The price was very fair though. Hang in there during these tough times.
