Recent reviews
I don't know where to start: the incredible hospitality of Zati, Aye and Percy, the outstanding facilities or simply the wonderful atmosphere in this still quite new hotel. To be honest, we were not exactly sure what to expect when booking (not many reviews yet, none on here), but the minute we arrived we were welcomed by one of the owners with such an incredible friendliness and (being four tall guys) immediately upgraded to a bigger room, which was simply perfect. You can easily tell how many thoughts went into the design of the rooms an the beds and their toppers are amazing. The whole team was always approachable and willing to help with all questions. Since our stay fell into the period when the whole Corona crisis became bigger, we needed to leave a day early. We were supported with our travel arrangements, transfer from and to the airport and one of us even received a birthday cake one day early due to the suddenly necessary departure. I can easily say that this was the most hospitable stay at a hotel I've ever experienced and I wish Zati and Aye all the best for the future with this new gem in General Luna. Other benefits: walking distance to the beach is 2 minutes. Also, it is 5 minutes walking to Bravo resort, where we planned to stay initially, but we were super happy to stay a bit away from the everyday action at Bravo while still being super close. Lastly: not many hotels are able to give you the feeling of "being at home" - Kaza is one of the few that do!
