Could of been better
This hotel definitely needs an update. AC units along with bedding need to be updated. Unfortunately so do the floors, as we had a dent in ours. This was the second room they gave us as the first one they checked us in was not ready. they had sent us into a room that was not cleaned. Customer service could also be better. Complementary water bottles or something of that sort could’ve been accommodated as well since the bistro (breakfast) gym and pool were all closed.

Property was advertised as fully functioning and open. When we arrived the lobby had a sign stating all public areas where closed due to Covid. This was never stated on Travelocity. No food. No pool/jacuzzi. No workout gym. Nada. Very disappointed.

The room needs updating. Carpet was torn and had a hole in it. Light over sink needs replacement. Very dull. Tub did not drain properly had standing water. Did not freshen the room between night 1 and 2. Very surprised that the Marriott quality was so compromised.
