The first room I was put in didn’t have any hot water and the bathroom had dirty wash rags in it. I complained and was given a different room. The second room had hot water and seemed clean other than the sheet left were stained and had holes.

Clean, comfortable, good service
Very happy with our stay. Room was updated, comfortable, and clean. Hotel was quiet & beds & linens comfortable so we had no issues sleeping. Appreciated their covid precautions and signage, which was a big priority for our stay to see high-risk family members. (And if you aren’t a fan of covid precautions, please be gentle with staff who are just doing their job. Staff professionally and politely tried to address folks who berated them over the policies.) Covid-era breakfast is a simple pre-packed and pre-bagged snack style meal.

The room is a little worn, there was a rip on the curtain and a chip on the toilet bowl. The crew were attentive and friendly. Great location and the room was tidy. Overall our stay was enjoyable!

We stayed here to visit family in Anderson. The hotel has been recently remodeled on the inside which is nice. The room was very clean and the front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. The only negatives were the cleanliness of the towels. They let us check in early, which was nice, but the room didn’t have enough towels. When they brought us more, one of them had stains on it that didn’t appear to have been laundered. There was also another towel that appeared to have not been cleaned well. When we pulled the bag out of the closet to get extra linens for my son, the sheets in the bag had clearly been wadded and thrown in. The hotel Was very quiet though. The staff were amicable to all of my requests and very prompt. The room was nice and clean. I also noticed a laundry room on the hall which would be convenient if needed.
