Very happy with the hotel. Clean, friendly, conveniently located. Only complaint there was a dog across hallway that barked quite often. Fortunately not at night.

Pleasant stay in Mystic
Nice chain hotel site. The room was spacious, but laid out with limited options to allow bedroom/sink/mini kitchen separation if needed. Bathroom was closed off with toilet and shower in small quarters. Staff was friendly with COVID restrictions in place while offering a step above grab and go breakfast. Also, Tuesday has small manager’s reception time which is also welcome during this period where added amenities are being cut back.

This is a great hotel! I appreciated the coffee in the lobby. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. It's great to have a sectional in the room for seating, as well as a refrigerator for cold drinks.

Hyatt Place is always top notch, and this one met all my expectations. The pandemic wrecked havic on food options at the hotel, which wasn't their fault, but it would have been nice to get something I could heat up in the microwave for breakfast, like a biscuit sandwich or burrito.
