The service standards were impeccable. Requested amenities to the room were prompt. All staff were very intuitive and eager to render assistance. Shout out especially to the staff at the lounge / bar. Thank you for going out of your way to remember my usual order. The one big disappointment is the state and cleanliness of the rooms. The service crew is also possibly stretched too thin. Beds are made by throwing the duvet over untucked bedsheets. First world problem I know. But that's why it isn't first class. Condition of the room especially the bathroom needs updating soon. Overall still a very pleasant experience. Some lovely dining options within a 5 minute radius of the hotel.
