My review is very mixed as we were moved to a second apartment during our stay. Initially our apartment was very comfortable however the hot water wasn’t working and on the second day the power went out and because it was a holiday it couldn’t be restored for a few days. The manager was accommodating to move us to apartment in the building next door. The second apartment however was much poorer in standard with harder beds, no block out curtains, a blocked drain and no working light in one of the bathrooms plus a door that was not attached to the wardrobe. Although initially the service was good to change apartments there was very little follow through of further requests for example we never got a second key card. Very disappointing that we paid for good quality and didn’t get it. To top it off the owner knocked on our door prior to check out time telling us he wanted to get back into his apartment.
