Great until.. .
It was going great until housekeeping came into my room, when I was out and left the do not disturb sign on the handle, and proceeded to leave the comforter and all pillows on the couch, leaving the mattress bare, without even a sheet. They took all of my stuff out...cologne, nasal medicine, headphones, hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, juice, phone charger, candles, etc. I had to go to the main desk to find out what happened. Housekeeping brought back most of my stuff but not all of it.

Great price, great location. Hotel under construction in the lobby but suite we stayed in was very clean and seemed to be newly updated! Would stay again

Great stay under the circumstances
It may be a little unfair to judge as our stay just before the shelter in place directive took effect but the staff was great, very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, though we did have to have the engineer come fix the heater. It was kind of a weird stay as I've never had to carry out all of my meals and take them back to the hotel when traveling. And they suspended the valet service, but called to tell me and had my key at the front desk when we got back, and they provided me with a ticket for the parking ramp and where my car would be parked. Hopefully the next stay is a little more normal.

Very clean rooms
Ordered a suite, when I went to check in the suite wasn't available, but I got 2 adjoining rooms to make up for it. They were super accommodating, but the breakfast was lacking. All together very good.

Under construction- NO POOL
I booked this hotel because it said there was a pool. I could have booked a hotel for about $35 less with no pool. We found out that the pool was closed due to construction after walking 2 blocks in the rain and snow from the parking garage ($57 for less than 24 hours). They offered to let me cancel my room but there was no way we wanted to carry our stuff back to the car not to mention the fact that I would have been charged for the parking. They also didn’t have any vending machines and could only offer warm diet soda and water. The hotel would have been fine for adults. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Valet parking $59.
They only offered valet parking and it was an extra $59. Very disappointed I was not informed of this before making reservation. Staff was amazing and super accommodating!!

Being remodeled. No vending machine for drinks or snack area. Pool was closed. Bed was not comfortable at all. And there is a big fire station right next door. So all night long you will hear sirens coming and going. You can also hear everyone else's door slam shut. Location is the only good thing. Breakfast wasn't bad either.
