Stayed 4 nights with sis on our holiday in Bergen. Great experience and highly recommended. On our 1st night, we realised the basin's stopper is stucked and decided to inform reception the next day since it was late. Forgot about it the next day and proceed with our plans for the day. Got back to the hotel and our room key wasn't working so we went to the reception to enquire. Turned out they discovered leaking issue during room service and deactivated our keycard then they reassigned another room for us and it was a bigger room. Very good service on this. Breakfast was good although the spread was the same everyday. There's an Xtra supermarket just nearby which is about 3mins walk. Very happy with the stay at Augustin!

Near the waterfront. Nice beds even the sofa beds for 4 person were great. Sofa beds were 2 single beds. Great breakfast, wide spread even have omega fish oil. Free waffle in the afternoon at lobby. Free tea, coffee and fruits whole day. Walking from train station took approx 20mins.

It was nice, just nice, clean sure, comfy bed sure. The bed sheets were so thin they were see/through but to sleep on them you wouldnt know, it was a comfy night sleep. Breakfast comment... a soft boild egg surely must mean soft yoke, not uncooked white ? breakfast was not impressive, not even slightly

Beautiful property in a perfect part of town. Walked everywhere, very close to Harbor. Staff is absolutely fabulous! They are friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast and a boxed breakfast when you are on the run... thanks! Comfortable sitting room with coffee and tea options. Will stay here again when we return.

It's in a good location. The all-day complimentary tea and coffee was very nice in a cold Norway and the free waffles one day was very welcoming.

Our room, although compact, had a beautiful view of the Bergen Harbor. The breakfast buffet was excellent and in the late adternoon the staff put a waffle maker in the lobby with the complimentary tea and coffee. A nice touch considering the wet and chilly Bergen weather. Staff very helpful.
