Friendly staff, great service, rooms cleaned promptly in the day, GREAT BREAKFAST BUFFET included in the room rate, free coffee and tea, right next to the harbor and within 5 min walking distance or less, a nice bar with limited food and drink menu...but overall, a great place at a great value!

If you've seem the photo of multi-colored buildings on Bergen's harbor, this hotel is about 1-2 blocks behind them. From walking in to getting my room key took about 5 minutes. Room was airy. Had large windowa, modern bath facilities. Surprisse were the heated towels/towel rack. Bath floor also heated. Bed was very comfy. Large breakfast buffet. Would stay again and recommend

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to a lot of the sights. The hotel staff were very helpful with our enquires. At the time of our stay the hotel was undergoing renovations so we had breakfast at the hotel across the road.

This hotel is in the perfect location for any trip to Bergen. All the sights are right around the corner! It is in need of a bit of an update maybe but the rooms are clean and well appointed. I really enjoyed my stay here!
