Good stay.
Hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, basic toiletries but towels were scratchy and partially stained. It was clean in general but areas like light switches, hair dryer, door handles and the such were stained and not cleaned before new guest arrives. Parking is $60 plus tax and gratuity as its valet only. Food is very basic but ok. Breakfast is $20 plus tax and gratuity for pastries and eggs. Doesn’t include coffee or drinks. Service was on point. Location was great.

The AC Hotel was beautiful. This was first time at the one in Downtown DC! Property was easy to get to, valet was a little tough bc of the busy DT DC street, but it all worked out. Valet was $49 a night, not bad for the ease and convenience! Check was quick and seamless. Staff was super friendly, and very kind throughout the stay! These were my top nitpicking issues, but note that I would stay here again: 1. The room said king size bed but I swear it was a queen. 2. They have a QR code for their in-house AC Lounge & Restaurant, but don’t actually have room service (I had to go get it, no big deal, but weird) 3. Terrible view from our room as there’s a ton of construction going on (obviously not their fault) but it came with a bit of noise. 4. We were in a room right next to the elevator doors so you could hear everything. Annoying, but we survived.
