Amazing everytime!
The bathroom had stains on the counter the non smoking room smelled of smoke. There was a strong smell of a controlled substance. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the chair. I was unable to stay.
The room was clean. My problem was that as it was Independence day when I checked in. After settling into my room, I tried to turn on the television, no luck. I called the front desk to report it and was told to bring it to her for new batteries the remote. Back in the room, the TV still didn't work. Behind the TV there were loose wires hanging. I called the front desk again. The clerk said that no one was available to address my problem but she would leave a note for the manager. Annoyed, I attended my planned event. When I returned to the room, I spent about 15-20 minutes reconnecting the TV and solving the remote control problem. Upon checkout, I informed the front desk and left. Such lackadaisical attitudes! Personnel were more interested in communicating with each other rather than the guests. Maybe I got a bad crew.
I reserved room days in advance. And also called to say I’ll be checking in late. Front desk said no problem. Got there no Queen Bed and the room I treserved was not there.
The price was good. But I wasn't able to connect to the internet and our room the tv didn't work. We spent the whole day and night without being able to connect to the internet or watch tv.

The stay was okay except for the fact that The room was NASTY WHEN WE ACTUALLY GOT INSIDE AN GOT COMFORTABLE. I AM A CLEAN FREAK AN THE SHEETS ON ONE BED WERE USED THE FLOORS WERENT SWEPT BATHTUB WAS DISGUSTING WITH PUBIC HAIRS ALL IN AN ON SINK!!! JUST FELT NASTU HAD TO WIPE DOWN EVERYTHING CONSIDERING COVID-19 AN ALL.
My privacy.. There was noone knocking at the door early in morning and I loved that.. They also greeted you in hallway passing with a smile and asked if everything was ok.. I enjoyed my 8 day home away from home
My room was half cleaned, due to me finding old fries under my bed. My whole purpose of booking for the weekend was to finally get out the house and relax and watch Troll World Tour with my child. We couldn’t do that either due to the fact that this location’s WiFi doesn’t service customers in the back of the hotel. I then asked to get my room switched and of course there were no rooms available.
The staffing is very courteous and knowledgeable, the rooms are clean and nice,just need a few more washers....lol Thanks for being here!!!😊😊
