Not ready for you but ready with the excuses
The location is great and we had a nice room... but that is basically what you get... a room. The rest of the hotel and services are closed or unavailable due to covid including room cleaning during your stay. Yet the breakfast was buffet at a time when that is exactly what you don’t want!! I get that it’s a time to be cautious and things are not normal but don’t hide behind the virus when it’s just money saving tactics for a hotel apparently open for full price stays. Probably best to stay away until they are ready for you or ask for a discount to match what they are not offering

Lovely hotel. Both room and bathroom was of a high standard. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the open plan shower in the bathroom. When taking a shower the water went all over the bathroom floor.

Hotel is great, restaurant may be a problem.
Loved the hotel and the location was great. Breakfast is amazing! Our problem was that the hotel’s restaurant was not actually open for a normal dinner, only for a Christmas Buffet (in November) at 800 NOK per person. Being jet lagged, we only wanted a light meal and there was no option for us. We ended up eating sandwiches from a 7/11 nearby, not ideal. We still enjoyed our stay, but would not stay again for this reason.

Service was great, everything was very clean and orderly, and the view was impeccable! The location was within walking distance of many attractions and the staff was very helpful with getting our taxi to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.
