Nice, clean, cute place, great location. However, communication with the host was a problem. Before checking-in, I called multiple calls times to no avail. Left messages on the app (hotels.com) and received no responses. Once I checked-in, communication via Whatsapp was better, but did not get any help when I had issues with the safety box or the wifi connection.

Cosy central apartment in Brasov
The place itself is fantastic! It's really comfortable and cozy, everything feels new and high quality. Kitchen is small but very well equipped and has everything you need. It's in an excellent location, close to everything in Old Town including restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Only slight issue we had was getting connected to the internet! The directions said wifi was on the back of the router, but when we arrived there was no router in the room and we spent quite a while looking everywhere. After messaging for awhile with them on our phone they sent someone over who located a piece of paper with the wifi info. Otherwise everything was great and we'd happily stay again!
