Stay away
The outside of this hotel was the only part that had been updated. We stayed on the 3rd floor and our room was gross. Sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. There was stains all over the carpet and a huge hole in the carpet as well. Bed sheets had stains on them. And I’m pretty sure they have a bug issues because I woke up with my legs covered in bites. Shower head was laughable. Would not recommend.

We woke up at 8:00am to a Hispanic man in our room fixing our sink!!! While we were asleep in our room!!! I had two young teenage girls with me. Not ok. I am still an emotional wreak over this! I might even take legal action

The hotel itself is great. We rented a suite with couch and chair. Our first room both were horribly soiled and stained. The staff was very gracious and allowed us to move rooms. They even gave us a tour of 3 to choose from and an extra set of sheets to cover the couch. They did let us know the current owners are in process of updating furniture. Everything is was great. The bed was very comfortable! A hot breakfast every morning. Excellent location only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Great restaurants and shopping just 5 minutes from the hotel. Would stay here again.
