My experience in the hotel started not so well since I didn’t feel welcome by the person at their reception who did my checking process, fortunately, next day, I found the nicest person at the hotel, Belin, not only apologize for the issue the day before, but help me to solve this different issues I had at that moment like transportation to different places, he really knows what customer service is and made me forget everything about the situation the night before. Belin is a person who really takes care of the customers, definitely the hotel should value people like him. She totally change the way I was thinking about the hotel and now I’ll be happy to come back.

Euro Design Hotel was fantastic with easy access to all the tourist hotspots and also great food all around especially for families. The staff were brilliant and happy to accommodate any requests we had. We had breakfast included and it was a buffet spread which catered for all the family. A hotel where you can for sure come back
Good communication with the personal regarding the transportation between hotel and airport before out arrival and at the end and very good info's which made it very easy for us to manage at the airport. Very nice, kind and polite reception service. We were not very impressed by the breakfast side in the morning but still satisfactory. All in all a pleasent and we will choose again the same hotel if we come back to Instanbul.

We stayed 7 nights at Euro Design Hotel, and we absolutely loved our time and will definitely visit again when next in Istanbul. It ticks many of the boxes, whether it be amenities, which our booking included inclusive breakfast, cleanliness, and most importantly helpful and attentive staff always wanting to help. Lastly, and the biggest attraction is the prime location, located close to all the major sites of Old Istanbul, with the Sultan Ahmet, Aya Sofya, Kapali Carsisi, Basilica, Eminonu Bosphorus front, all a realistic walking distance. We had an amazing stay at the Euro Design Hotel. It is well situated near the various sights. It has a a train and tram station. All staff members are very friendly. Especially the receptionist that works during the night. Sadly we don’t remember his name. But thank you to him!
