We were not told when making the reservation that there was no alcohol allowed in the rooms, this is unusual, especially for Arizona.
We asked twice and checked once trying to make a reservation at the steak house which was the main reason we stayed there, due to the close proximity of our rooms. The staff told us the restaurant had no reservation availability all evening, yet we walked over to the steak house restaurant 2 x and the first time the restaurant was empty, and we tried to make a reservation again, and was told no reservations available. We checked 2 more times, once there were two tables occupied, and the rest of the tables were unoccupied. It is puzzling that they don't accept reservations at a restaurant which is basically empty all night. If they are reserving their restaurants for a specific population (high rollers), then they should advice the general public prior to making reservations, so they are aware the steak house restaurant is unavailable to the general public.
