    Staff was excellent. Room cleanliness was dirty carpet had visible dirt on floor hotel guide pages were stuck together and hands were sticky after looking at hotel book. Not happy with cleanliness of room hotel seemed to be clean though.

    Beds are horribly uncomfortable. Rooms are downstairs with no elevator to go up or down. Hauling bags in or out of the room is extremely challenging as the stairwell is made even smaller by an ice machine and vending. The “clean” wash cloths had makeup stains on them. Way overpriced for the lack of quality
