Don't stay here if you want to pay exorbitant fees
When I booked this stay, it the website was not accurate on this hotel. I was only supposed to pay $130 dollars a night. There was little to no information on much else to do with the hotel. I was mostly excited that it was supposedly close to the Oregon convention center only 0.1 miles. After my daughter and I arrived we realized that the hotel was under construction, we were told if we wanted to park on site it was valet only and $42 dollars a day! On top of that they charged us another $27 dollars a day for an amenities fee that just wasn't justified. The young man who checked us in even admitted it was a hidden fee. Also the room we stayed in had only a shower, no bathtub. The floor of the shower was shared with the bathroom floor, so if you showered it would flood the bathroom and hallway. To top it off, the convention center was actually 1.2 MILES away from the hotel. I will NEVER stay there again!

Most likely will not stay again
There were hidden fees & valet only parking with no access to your car. There was construction going on inside & out. The price quoted of $126 ended up being $196! The rooms were small but modern in style & king bed & pillows were great. The best thing about the whole place was Shelby at the front desk & a 6’4” Handsome valet! Wish I could remember his name, because he was so accommodating & helpful w/everything we needed. Shelby is Awesome w/her uniqueness & understanding! The two together would be the only reason we would come back!

Really rough
We couldn’t understand the viewpoint of the other positive reviews, this hotel is a mess!!! They said we received an upgrade when checking in, but the room we received was SO TINY!!! Imagine like a few feet around both sides of the bed, so we paid a lot to upgrade further. The location is so far from everything, we walked or took Uber miles each day. The outlets in the room don’t work, so you would be constantly finding your phone or computer not charged in the morning. The showers are so tiny you have to bend down to wash your hair. I just expected something so much nicer based on the reviews.

Nice decor, ok stay, LOUD HVAC
The hotel was ok but not great. It has a pretty central location which is super nice. You do have to pay for valet parking, but we had a deal for half off so it wasn’t too bad. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, but the bathroom could have been a smidge cleaner. I could see marks on the wallpaper in the bathroom and could see a few spots on the floor and side of the sink that could have used a once over. The walls were also a bit thin, but I only noticed that when housekeeping was vacuuming the room nextdoor. My main gripe was the VERY loud HVAC. I’m not a super light sleeper, I can deal with normal city noise/ prolonged noise when sleeping. The problem was that the hvac made an incredibly loud noise every time it turned off or on, and it turned off and on ALL NIGHT. So I struggled a bit falling asleep and ended up putting in my earbuds to drown out the noise. My boyfriend who is a harder sleeper had no problem. For that reason I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Overall it’s not a bad hotel, but definitely not my best experience.

Beware resort fee, but nice enough
Great staff, ok comfort, good location. What's NOT mentioned here is the $24/resort fee. If you factor it in, the price is still okay. But you only find out on checkin. I hate scams like this to look competitive online and then jump the price on checkin. There are other nicer places, comperable prices. Perhaps one day the hotel will trust travelers enough to post honest prices. And Jamie in the bar is an awesome bartender.
