Great location , nice Hotel , comfortable room. The price was very convenient and the breakfast was also good. The Staff was friendly and cooperative during my short stay giving me directions
I really enjoyed my stay here! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, WiFi was solid,
I stayed at Grand Hotel Bohemia for my birthday. It was a very comfortable stay with excellent service! Adam, who checked us in, was very friendly and professional - he was very detailed when suggesting sites to visit and nearby stores. The hotel is perfectly located, about 2 mins walk to the nearest attraction, about 5 mins from a supermarket, 6 mins from several restaurants and very close to the train station. As part of our stay, we received points that allowed us to enter the main attraction sites for free - this is apparently a post-covid measure being taken by the government to boost the tourism industry. Our breakfast was hot and tasty and the staff were cordial. They even left me champagne and strawberries on my birthday! Our room was clean with lots of space (tables, large closet, chairs, safe) and a view of a gothic tower. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend my birthday 😊
Excellent location near the Powder Gate and restaurants. The service from check in to breakfast to check out was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful!
Overall an excellent experience from the comfort ness of beds, variety and quality of breakfast to the hospitable team! Great location with easy walkable access to all attractions.
Believe this property was advertised as 5 *, however I would say that this was a 4 * hotel. Very clean and rooms are nice and well furnished with a modern decor. Communal areas are in traditional style but feels dated overall. Breakfast is good quality and generally staff are polite. Not especially friendly, which I feel makes a difference when determining if you wish to return. Had a strange interaction with a member of the restaurant team as she felt the need to educate me on how to pick bread from a bread basket. Rather than digging into the basket to get the tongs and then use these, I elected to use my hand. She felt it ok to smile at me and then lift the tong to show me that this is to be used. I found that patronising and actually offensive. I wasnt picking up bread and putting it back. I picked the piece I wanted - much the same as if you're on a plane and get offered bread. I also was asked to identify myself by room number when entering the lobby, which i didnt note anyone else being asked. When I questioned the receptionist why - since I had dealt with him earlier that day (my room card wasnt working), he had a reason but it didn't really make sense. These events made me feel uncomfortable and probably I wouldnt return. Shame as the hotel is very good value for money. Location is very good.
Prague continues to be the city that keeps giving and this Hotel is a gem.Located a few minutes walk from Old Town Square - elegant hotel with a really friendly team.
This hotel is excellently located for the metro and team system. Exceptionally clean and the service is second to none. Good sized rooms with well fitted bathrooms. Huge beds with a pillow menu for you to choose from. Fantastic stay
The hotel was in a great location and all staff very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future.
Had a great stay. Hotel is in a great location close to everything and close to the start point of tours like hop on hope off. Breakfast was Devine and all the staff was friendly. Make sure you check out the ballroom and the bar under the lobby breathtaking.
