It was great. We stayed for 5 days and tried the afternoon tea and it was wonderful! Our waitress was Manuella and she was so attentive and patient with all our questions. We would definitely go back!

Missing!
They missed a trick. The lack of a Concierge service or anyone with knowledge or recommendation son places to go, restaurants or even directions was surprising for a 4-star hotel. I am a Gold VIP yet no upgrade was offered or explanation as to why not. BTW, they don't even provide conditional in the shower.

Davenport Stay
The hotel is very nice, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The building adjacent to the hotel is under renovation, unfortunately my room was adjacent to it, the scaffolding is wrapped in a plastic membrane. When the wind is blowing it flaps and makes lots of noise, this disturbed my sleep.
