This is a very convenient property, close to the railway station and a metro station, with friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was quite large and very cosy with super efficient heating. The bathroom was small, more like a wet room and could have done with a shelf for toiletries. The price was very reasonable for Copenhagen. The breakfast was excellent and extremely good value. We would stay again.

Do not stay, go to another place!

Hotel practice is abusive, they took my money from my reservation even when I communicated 5 min after I had to adjust the date due to a honest mistake. I do not stay in properties that stolen your money and do not focus in customers.

Nice hotel

Good hotel with great service, hotel room wasn't very clean, and we're quite small but you're only there to sleep and shower so it's a nice place to stay close to the train station and convenience store. Found hair in the shower, I dropped my washcloth on the floor, picked it up and it had a big clump of long dark hair which wasn't ours because we don't have long dark hair. Walls had black marks on, but for the most part it was clean

Very good location, but not so clean.

We had two double beds and one of the bed's duvet cover had a small blood stain, the shower/bathroom had soap stains and some of the cabinets had also stains. We slept on the other double bed after finding out the duvet cover. Those things were bit overwhelming, but otherwise visit was nice, good location and service, except 30dkk for 2 tea bags is a bit pricey. The room/rooms needs deep clean.

L'hotel est bien situé juste à coté de la gare et le centre est a coté a pied. Les chambres sont correctes propres et confortables mais pas de lit fait pendant les 3 jours un peu dommage. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, complet et régulièrement approvisionné. Ideal pour quelques nuits

Super beliggenhed

Front personalet var super søde. Min søn og jeg blev taget godt imod både ved indcheckning og når vi havde været ude på tur. Rengøringen på badeværelset kunne dog godt være bedre. Der var lidt larm fra gaden, men det er hvad som sker, når man vælger hotel inde i byen. Var desværre nødt til at ringe til receptionen pga af en anden hotelgæst på gangen. Det blev håndteret på bedste vis. Helt sikkert et hotel jeg vil overveje igen en anden gang.
