Radisson Hotel Providence Airport

stayed in a suite, wifi was completely unusable, had to use our data the whole stay. our upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy the whole 2 nights, barely got any sleep. very clean and bed was very comfortable, close to food and stores which was nice.

Internet never worked. Called the front desk and they told me it is a knows issue they have. I asked for late checkout. In the morning they were knocking on my door so I had to wake up early because they must have no wrote it in the system. For the price this was not worth it at all. I was u able to do work nor watch any movies nor having internet in the room.

The beds was horrible, didn’t sleep was very uncomfortable

The room didn’t seem to be cleaned! We found drug paraphernalia all over the room

My blankets were absolutely disgusting dirty with stains on them on both beds

Comfortable but not well kept. More of a hang out for junkies. Lots of music playing throughout the two nights we stayed. Kids had a tough time sleeping. Bathroom was pretty dirty but the rest of the room was ok.

Overall stay was great- only downside was there was no restaurant or room service available due to Covid. We wound up going to nearby diner which was fine. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Not a whole lot to do right there, but close enough to airport and other locations.

I have happily stayed here many times but no more. The hotel has gone downhill drastically. There were people coming and going all night, knocking on the door across the hall. Several disheveled people hanging out outside. Even a visit from the police. I’m sorry because this has been my go to hotel for years but I won’t come back.

Rooms were clean but bathroom was small. Hallway smelled and people were gathered outside the door smoking. That's a turn off
