Property was fine! But a very rude senior manager on check in. Not at all interested in helping customers with anything, behaves like he’s doing a favor checking guests in. He forgets that he’s in the service industry and a smile and being polite makes the difference.
Comfortable and clean. Spacious enough to relax in the room.
Friendly staff. Within walking distance to the train station and Grotke Markt.
Good location. I think it was relatively cheap, but not 100% sure as work did it. The facilities were a bit tired, and the bathroom pipes made the room smell. The impression I got was that although it didn't seem very busy, I was put in a low value back room, maybe because of the Wotif deal(?) or because it was a long stay(?), but it would have been nice to feel more valued given the length of time I was there.
My stay was ok. Four days trip with my kids.
Perfect area, hotel building not too big! Level with street, so no dragging luggage up any stairs!!
Great hotel, service and customer satisfaction is their main priority. Understand and fulfill everyone's needs. As Jewish guests,, they understood our religious needs. Have and would revisit again and again
Clean, friendly and large hotel room. Our biggest room we stayed in while visiting the Belgium and Netherlands areas.
We've stayed at the hotel many times and would recommend it for convenience to centre and overall comfort. We did ask for bed toppers to add more comfort to the beds and none were available but the beds were quite ok. Breakfast is really good and great value. The hotel is very close to the amazing railway station - a beautiful building and a rail network to be proud of.
We enjoyed our stay at the Leopold Hotel. It was only a 10 minute walk to the train station, which was super convenient.
