Bring your own stuff!!
Bring your own towels and umbrella!!! The perk about being at this resort is you don’t have to worry about lugging all your stuff to the beach but during peak season, they run out of towels… and worst yet… people are allowed to reserve umbrellas as early as 5am and they hardly end up using them. It’s infuriating. They then leave for the day w towels on their chairs at like 2 or 3pm and you have no idea if they’re coming back. You have to run around the beach asking their neighbors if anyone is using the chairs or umbrella. It’s quite ridiculous. There should be at least a towel system. You have a towel per person that you get w a room and you can swap it for another but you have to keep it w you. Not leave them all on chairs at the beach. Bringing my own stuff negates being at this resort. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The service is good though. People are very nice, it’s not their fault the hotel doesn’t have enough goods for the amount of people staying there.

Convenient, great beach, bad food, expensive
Such a convenient place to stay if you have kids. Beach front, indoor and outdoor pools, on-site food (which wasn’t very good and expensive, but convenient) and ice cream. My rooms were adjoining, one with a king bed that was comfortable and the other with a sofa. Each had a bathroom although the sofa room’s toilet sometimes flushed and sometimes didn’t. Ground floor room, both bathrooms had ants. Food was pretty bad. Had the breakfast buffet which consisted of scrambled eggs and peppers, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and basil, soggy bacon, soggy hash browns (Probably from the steam chafing dishes) and a dry french toast casserole. $28 adult, $14 for kids. Not worth it. Lunch was a thin crust pizza, around $30. Dinner was burgers with fries that were soggy and tasted like they’d been sitting for hours. They do charge $45 for a second vehicle to park. Beach is beautiful, lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas provided. It’s worth the money if you don’t have to lug chairs and walk to the beach. Pretty sunsets. They rent very large Mats for the ocean which the kids (and adults) loved.

Great stay!
Great stay! Crowded at the beach and pool so you need to claim a spot early but that’s to be expected on a summer weekend. A little pricey for the how the rooms look but worth it to have the beach right outside. Also witnessed the most beautiful sunset from the deck!

Room was very clean and updated. TV remote was broken and hard to use. There was also WiFi issues with connecting multiple devices. Beach was perfect and the staff there was very polite and helpful!

Nice people but subpar amenities in the room.
Service was friendly but our toilet did not function well and mini refrigerator made intermittent loud sounds throughout the night. I asked for compensation and they said they have to do it thru Expedia/ hotels.com since I o pop aid already thru your website.

Perfect getaway and place to come back!
Right on the beach! There was so much space for guests to spread out an a variety of outdoor seating. Loved that there was also an indoor and outdoor pool. We didn’t have any kids but I thought it was a great feature that there was a kiddie pool for toddlers. Even though there was a lot of activity, you can easily find quiet places in the middle of it all. Staff was so friendly and from all over the world. You just felt at home and comfortable at Sea Crest.
