No elevator. I have a old almost handicapped mother it was quite the challenge getting her and her luggage up and down the stairs. Nobody to help or care. Lady in front desk seemed like she hated her job and was just there for a paycheck. Not welcoming or friendly. Hot tub was barely functional. It fits one person comfortably. 2 are crammed. Had tjj in ask for more towels in the pool room twice. It wasn’t hot. Really nice open room for complimentary breakfast but it was used as a messy storage room. So we couldn’t even go in. So in the lobby I could grab the worst cup of coffee I ever had. A stale off brand unappealing muffin. And a freezer burned who knows how old it was off brand sausage biscuit I could microwave. Oh and I think there was a black banana too. It was the worst complimentary breakfast experience yet. Don’t offer breakfast if you don’t know what your doing or care. No reason for me to ever come back.

Lacking
I love the pool, however the exhaust didn't work and the chlorine smell was over whelming and it was very hot in there. The air-conditioning in the room needs a new filter and it didn't stay cool. The breakfast is under stocked and emptied out by 7:30. Front desk people were outside for cigarettes everytime I went to the desk. They supply enough shampoo and conditioner, soap and I needed hand cream.

When we arrived, the hotel did not have our reservation that we had made through Hotels.com. The clerk did her best to accommodate us, as we needed a pet friendly room. Very disappointed with Hotels.com. Was advised by the clerk there had been other problem with Hotels.com reservations. We would probably stay at this facility again, but will probably not ever use Hotels.com again.

Front staff was very friendly. Beds are hard as a table. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub and pool. Hot tub was not working and the pool was so chlorinated that is our bed mine and my husband’s skin. Also the pool water was so salty, to the point I gagged when the water touched my lips.

Not a fan. Staff was great tho
The staff was friendly we left a day earlier than planned. There is no elevator so going up stairs was not the best part of our stay. Plus breakfast was stale coffee not great. Pool is up front so all who check in can watch u swim while they wait to be checked in. Won't stay again maybe hotel needs to have came up with a better layout.
