My mother (82) had a medical issue while we were there, and the hotel was exceptional with respect to coordinating emergency services, getting the whole family an alternate room in the middle of the night, etc. They were gracious and helpful, and the hotel was already making a great impression with its services, room views, and fine dining. I look forward to our next trip to the hotel.
