      Good location, spacious room

      Lovely stay at the hotel. The room was big, clean and the layout good with the bathroom tugged neatly in the corner. Particularly enjoyed the spacious shower area.

      Front desk dude had an attitude. Gave me a small little room without outward looking window and its one of the few rooms where there is no lift access. I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the room. When I requested to change room upon inspecting the room, which was within 5+ mins of checking-in, he told me off aggressively. He then gave me another room. Guess what? When I went to the room, I found another guest in the room! This aggressive front desk dude had given me a room that had another guest already staying in it! I lugged my luggage back down reception for a 3rd try. This time, another front desk guy was there and was quite horrified that I had been given room key to access a room that someone was already staying in for that night. This guy apologised and tried to pacify me by giving me one breakfast voucher. I told him I was working and leaves very early every morning and don't take breakfast in the hotel. Nevertheless, he still offered one cheap voucher as a way to pacify me. He then gave me another room with proper window but no desk to work on. The other earlier rooms had desks. So down I went again to ask if they have a room with a desk. The guy who gave me the voucher said yes and gave me yet another room, next to the room without a desk. So yes they had many rooms and though I was staying for 3 nights, they chose to run me around giving me their lousy rooms rather than a decent standard room. Will not return bec they played me like a fool.

      We were given a ground floor room with a solid concrete view. This was also a room for handicapped. While I appreciate the availability of handicapped facilities, the room assigned for them was seriously depressing. Concrete view, limited space and funky bathroom smell. I feel the hotel can do a lot better for our disabled friends. We were moved to another room on 4th level. Better view but small room. On the whole, our experience was slightly satisfactory. Hotel is of good location but room can be better. The room amenities provided were just shampoo and body soap. No shower cap or bedroom slippers etc. Room size is definitely meant for no more than 2 pax. If you are looking for a functional hotel for 1 night or 2, this hotel may work. You can use the money for somewhere better nearby.

      The hotel room does not provide basic toothpaste, toothbrush or shower cap. Maybe can request it to the reception, however when I need it, it was late at night and therefore I do not request to reception. These kind of basic amenities should be ready in bathroom.

      Great stay in the center of London

      We stayed only 2 nights. When we arrived, the service at reception was good and rapid. The breakfast is included and the waiters are very professional and helpful. We were very pleased to see the breakfast room was big and roomy with plenty space between clients. No problems with cleanliness. The hotel is situated near museums and good transports nearby.

      Hotel was spot on, room was a great size (double), bathroom and shower were very spacious, and a fridge supplied in the room along with hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board. Breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Only let down was the restaurant mot being open.
