I liked that the property was by Main Street, just few minutes walking from Hyannis Harbor and all nice restaurants. My kids didn't like that there is no pool.

The room was very, very clean, but overall the property looked worn. The carpet looked old and worn, though the bedding was excellent. The outside of the Inn looked a bit shabby, and the stairs leading up to the second floor were made of unfinished wood. We expected breakfast from the online description m, but there wasn’t any. Maybe because it was late in the season.

Good location, but geez…
The person checking me in gave me a really hard time because I had a 10 pound service dog. She was quite rude and did not know any of the ADA policies. After treating me like a criminal, and telling me I was the first person in her 11 years who tried this, she called the owner who moved this through and let me in my room. All was well, until a drunk at 3am decided to curse out his wife and Joe Biden continually shouting out profanities. This was outside and went on for 45 minutes. I was afraid to open the door and should have called the police, but didn’t.

Interesting!!!
Have stayed in this room multiple times, and the room itself is fine. No service unless you call for it, claiming to be short staffed yet the hotel was full. Some extremely sketchy behavior by guests and people who appeared to be living there, not just staying there. Also heard an enormously loud arguement that carried on for hours. There is a bar that is adjacent to the hotel that wouldn't let us in at 9 pm on a Friday, saying they didnt want to let anyone else in.
