Very nice experience. Unfortunately could not enjoy the casino due to very poor ventilation/filtration caused by cigarette smoke. Also, our bathroom was dated and moldy. Restaurants were excellent and staff was very friendly.

Thieves!
Do not stay at this hotel. Find another hotel to stay at. We stayed here after the overnight train from Luxor. We had emailed earlier in the week about doing a check in early and never heard back to them. Once we arrived we waited two hours in the lobby and was given one of our two rooms, then waited another hour. The hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable, but the staff is not very accommodating. We had to remind them about our food rewards, but they neglected to tell us which restaurants we could use, so upon check out we were told we did not get our discounts. We had a super early flight the next day and left the hotel at 2am. Once we arrived at the airport I noticed my airpods were at the hotel. We immediately called the hotel to tell them which room they were in and sent them the map from our tracker. We even told them what they look like and where they were. They claim that they were not in the room, however my tracker was connected to them and could see they were located in the room. We continued to email them about looking in the room for the past couple of days since being home. We even had our guide go to the hotel to look in the room, yet the staff did not allow him in. They claimed they still were not there. They have yet to contact us back after several emails. Again...if you want an honest, communicative hotel, do not stay here. There are many other choices you can go to, do not stay here. Stay away.
