Great location and rooms; amazing value. Knowledgeable and helpful staff with lots of amenities at partnering hotels. Only drawback is it is a little noisy, but that's to be expected given the amazing location.

Definitely busy street but it’s a good spot to experience Cartagena old city from the balcony, you see everything. Literally! The room is not as big as expected but it’s pretty decent size for the price you pay.

Estadia Comoda y Central en la Ciudad Amurallada
Hay que coordinar la llegada con la gente del hotel ya que no hay personal presente todo el tiempo en la recepcion, si no que operan con una llave de contacto que se le entrega al huesped y con la cual se entra y sale cuando se desea. Si no le llega una comunicacion del hotel para informar a que hora hara el check-in, es posible que no haya nadie para atenderlo y entregarle su llave. La ubicacion es excelente para recorrer la ciudad amurallada. Las habitaciones son muy buenas, espaciosas y bien decoradas con temas de la cultura colombiana (de ahi el nombre del hotel). Unico detalle faltante en la habitacion seria una cobija, por si se quiere poner el aire acondicionado a frio extremo y poder dormir arropado. Los televisores son pequeños para el tamaño de algunas habitaciones, lo que dificulta ver peliculas si uno decide hacer ese plan.

Buena ubicación, habitaciones en buen estado, 3l personal atento. La desventaja es que el desayuno se sirve en un hotel que está a cuadra y media y que los baños son muy pequeños. Por lo demás, buena estancia.
