Nice pool. Friendly staff. The free buffet breakfast is one of the poorest I have had anywhere in the Philippines. After the 1st morning we did not eat there again. Slow WiFi in the room. Connection on and off.

Overall I find the Citadines to be a great value. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast buffet food but I’m a pretty picky eater. The elevators are a bit slow at times with only three elevators and twenty plus floors.

Vinson was incredible! He found something valuable on the ground and promptly turned it over!! Have him a healthy tip for it-but really deserves a raise!!! Carmi was exceptional, demonstrating an object lesson and teaching moment in perfect customer service!!!!

Staff super and hotel really nice really good location Asked for an extra few bottles of water one night to be sent to the room and it took an hour and had to call 3 times reminding them. Other than that it was perfect

Clean and new, they're still working a few thing out. The restaurant was lacking unless your asian because all that was there that I could eat was eggs, bread and fruit. No bacon or breakfast meat. They said only one day a week, really. All in all it was ok.

Nice pool. Central location. If you want night life there’s plenty close bye. They also have a grocery shopping store in the complex aswell as a selection of restaurants and cafes.
