    There was nothing I like about it. The bed sheets and blankets had holes in them. The lights by the bed wouldn't stay on the outlet's wouldn't charge anything. There was holes in wall.

    What an absolute joke of a hotel. Looks NOTHING like the pictures. We pulled in and my stomach dropped. But we walked in anyway... Its filthy and dingy and very “The Shining” feeling when you walk in. The ice machine by check in had mildew and mold. I insisted on seeing our rooms first before giving a CC... REAKED of cigarette smoke, stained sheets. Stained bedspreads. The bathroom looked awful. We told the kid working at the counter and he literally did not care. Then a group full of young adults entered through the front and the back of the hotel clearly to party. My skin crawled waiting to leave because you would have had to hold a gun to my head for me to stay there. Would NEVER recommend in a million years.

    Atrocious stay.

    Check-in was ok but judging by the way the hotel looked inside and the smell it was going to be uncomfortable for myself and my family. Very noisy, dirty, stained towels, the rollaway bed was awful and we were charged $30 for it. The hotel also said that breakfast was included in the price but there was no breakfast, CS at the front desk said it was closed. Maybe someone in hotels.com should double check before advertising these hotels on their site. The site has to be actually slammed at because it wouldn't close. I'm soaking for myself and my family but there were allot of other guests complaining. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone, I do recommend it being inspected and shut down.

    My mom and I stayed here September 23 to 26. While we did some shopping and other fun things in and around Lancaster. Its close to everything. So good location its clean and staff was friendly. I'd stay here again.
