Nasty nasty nasty
Went to take grandsons on a Daycation, check in was smooth arrived around 3:30 pm front desk lady was nice efficient and check in was smooth and easy lobby was extremely clean. Went straight to the pool. Kids swam and had a great time, however by 5:30 pm the courtyard was hit by the equivalent of a flash mob,out of nowhere about 40 people showed up. That group seemed to know each other. They were rude and very disrespectful. To my grandsons. Calling them “little white boys” one woman practically jumped on my grandson who is 8, no apology just acted like it was normal. Another child was peeing directly into the pool. Parent did nothing to stop him m. It appeared that this group were possibly employees or friends and family of employees. We made our way to the room at this point. Went out to grab our bags and notices there were barely any cars in parking lot. To explain the sudden amount of people in the pool. Got to the room and immediately noticed that both beds were dirty stains on sheets that was obvious were dirty used linens. I have worked in housekeeping in the past and it was very clear the beds had not been changed just remade. Shower was dirty with hair and a used bar of soap sitting there soggy and nasty, floors were sticky and filthy. So I pulled sheets off beds to prevent housekeeping to again just pop the sheets an remake dirty beds! At this point we left lobby was filling up with people checking in. So to me it was a little expensive to use a pool for 3 hours!!!
Bed was just like this when we came in stained box spring cover. Thinking there may have been a dead body underneath mattress 🤮🤮

Never again.
It was dirty and gross. There was a used syringe in the dresser drawer. The side security door didn't even latch. This is one place I'll never recommend.
