Sonder - The Broughton

Very historical building, kept up nicely! Adorable for vintage pics for the gram...however, could be cleaner. Little corners were covered in dust and the floor seemed like it needed sweeping. Other than that, LOVED it!

The building and location was amazing. The room was cute and clean. I would defiantly stay again. You could hear everything from the guests in other rooms and on the streets but they did leave ear plugs to help with that. I thought the ear plugs was a cute gesture.

Excellent location for a long weekend (and first time) in Savannah, GA! Perfect for walking distance to all the best spots and made us feel at home. Apartment was large enough for another couple but my boyfriend and I enjoyed the room and our full kitchen came in handy when we brought home leftovers. Very nicely, modern rustic decor! My only complaint was that we were unable to extend our check out time and for that we had to store our luggage and belongings in a storage closet, which wasn’t the bad part... We ended up getting locked in the room as the door closed behind us and we were stuck for about 20 mins. Luckily, the text messaging concierge service saved us and someone was able to fix the door and help us out. All in all, really fun stay and 10/10 on price location.

Nice condo! Great location! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Great price!!! I only had 2 issues; First, you have to pay for parking on the street during the day and use a parking garage at night, which was a couple of blocks away. Secondly, the walls are thin. The neighbors played loud music until early morning hours, which was a bit frustrating! You couldn’t hear it from the bedroom, but our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room! There was no on sight staff, but they were VERY easy to get hold of via text and SUPER helpful and friendly!

Stayed in the Lovely 1BR on the 2nd floor & Cozy 1BR on the 3rd floor. I felt most comfortable in the Lovely 1BR, but unfortunately there was music until 7am that was so loud I could feel the vibration from the bass. Sonder’s customer service was extremely accommodating and friendly and offered me the Cozy 1BR on the 3rd floor for my last night. While the music was definitely not as loud on the 3rd floor, the paintings of people (over tv and bed) were kind of creepy. I must not have been the only one who thought so as the one over the bed was turned around when I arrived. Overall though the location is excellent and the staff very helpful.

Beautiful space in an amazing location but I feel that it should be made clear that below the apartment is a night club the rattles the entire apartment beyond anything I have ever experienced until 3AM.

This is a great location. Though there is nightclub below and we were on the second floor - it did not cause any issues for us at all. It is small but efficient and the price and location are great!

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and super spacious. It was way bigger than in the photos and my friends and I were very impressed overall with the entire experience.
