Zero Stars - I do not recommend
Truly awful. Building a/c must have been off; the entire building was hot. No a/c in lobby or hallways. Sweating while standing at the front desk checking in. Was then advised no elevator and had to schlep myself and 2 bags upstairs. Room a/c was off and never did cool down the room properly. I stuffed a towel in the crack between the door and the floor to try to help the room a/c keep up. No avail. The room remained hot and uncomfortable all night. I slept about 2 hours as a result. The gentlemen who checked me in said the manager was aware of the a/c issue and the elevator and "won't do anything about it."
