Great little hotel
Hotel Mio is perfect for a stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is centrally located and you can walk to the mall, bank, restaurants, and there is even a Walmart nearby. The hotel is clean and you can access the beach and pool from neighbor hotel Friendly.

Very clean and comfortable. Slept ten hours. Roof pool and seating is ideal. Extraordinary room service even at the Margarita Bar on the roof. Wonderful breakfast. Eager and helpful staff. It needs more parking of course.

Modern and clean property with great service
Mio is a great property located close to the beach and within walking distance to two shopping malls and lots of restaurants and bars. The building is modern, has a great fitness center and a beautiful pool on the roof top, the hotel serves a delicious full breakfast, and allows guests to use the beach at “Friendly Resort” located next door. I would highly recommend.

Hotel Mio was undergoing construction, so they put us up with their neighbor. It was a good resort that was even closer to the Beach with a great oceanview. They kept my driver's license during my stay which seemingly was unnecessary because they made a photocopy of it.

Hotel Mio - prefect for a family or group getaway!
Hotel Mio is a great hotel and excellent value. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooftop pool was a great way to unwind after a long day out in PV. There was no construction noise as the hotel is now finished with just minor finishing touches being added such as a shoe polishing machine in the lobby! The location is excellent; very safe, a 5 minute walk to La Isla and several other options nearby and a short $5 Uber ride to almost anywhere else in PV. Excellent views from the balcony and rooftop. I would recommend this hotel.
